Facque Consulting is led by Chris Facque, a native Nevadan with a deep-rooted passion for protecting Nevada’s the water resources. A UNR graduate, Chris began his water rights journey more than two decades ago as a title researcher, gradually becoming a seasoned consultant trusted by clients and regulators alike.
With extensive experience working alongside agencies such as the Nevada Division of Water Resources and the U.S. District Court Federal Water Master, Chris has sharpened his expertise in navigating the complex landscape of water rights.
His dedication to fostering client relationships – coupled with a tireless pursuit of positive outcomes – led him to establish Facque Consulting, LLC, in Fernley, Nevada.
Whether he’s assisting landowners, mining operations, utilities or farmers, Chris is in his client’s corner at all times.
Chris’ affiliations and certifications include the Nevada Water Resources Association, where he serves on the planning committee. He is also a Certified Survey Technician (CST).
